Well we landed on the Apple.com web page for aplications that play nicely with the iPhone and Touch. Banned in Ethiopia
It is with great sadness to announce that the Wadja.com site and service has been blocked by the Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation. Why were we blocked…well who knows, probably because we are providing a vital and free alternative form of communication that the Ehtiopian Telecoms provider just cannot compete with. Their web site sports the slogan “Connecting Ethiopia to the future.” Ummmmm, really? What a shame that governments still restrict their citizens from obtaining the information and services that other world citizens take for granted. Is the world really flat? New Chat Beta is live!
Well we finally launched a beta version of our new Wadja Chat service. This is still in test mode but give it a try. The new Chat is for Wadja to Wadja communication and for now is web only, but mobiel chat is coming soon. We will be building on the chat features set over the next coming weeks, including tighter integration into the Wadja site and more option for rooms, group chats, and video chat services.
